What are Period Pants?

Say hello to the revolutionary way we’re sailing through our monthly cycle – no other than our Victoria’s Secret period pants. We’ve reimagined your favourite underwear styles, adding innovative technologies into the fabric’s construction to give you uncompromised support, style and comfort throughout your period. They’re super-absorbent, leak-proof and lined with a hygienic, odour-eliminating anti-microbial fabric to keep you fresh. Plus, moisture-wicking material at the gusset helps to draw liquid away from your body for the ultimate in all-day comfort. From lighter-flow options to zero-leak saviours, we’ve got you covered with plenty of options cut exquisitely into thong, hipster brief, bikini and short silhouettes. Did we mention? They look beautiful too!

The Benefits of Period Pants

Promising more comfort and less worry – there are so many reasons to make the swap to period pants.

As well as keeping you fresh, dry and comfortable, they’re also reusable. That means after the initial cost you’ll begin to save money on buying your regular period products (plus, you can count out anymore last-minute dashes to the shop when you run out!). Of course, being reusable has such a positive impact on the world we call home, too. It stops as much single-use product going to landfill and as many micro-plastics from entering the eco-system. Now that’s what we call an all-rounder!

Quality You Can Trust

It’s in our nature to care, that’s why we’ve carefully crafted our women’s knickers to uplift, inspire and empower. Women deserve to look and feel good, even during their monthly cycle, so we’ve constructed each design to do just that. Discover smooth, stretchy and soft outer fabrics that are lightweight and breathable. Our antimicrobial technology is made up of silver zeolite and silver copper zeolite to stop odour-causing bacteria in it’s tracks, while our moisture-wicking gusset fabric works to flush liquid away from your body to keep you feeling fresh and dry. How do you wash your period knickers? Simply rinse your pants with cold water as soon after wearing as possible, then pop them into the washing machine with your other laundry. Easy!

Find Your Favourite Period Pants

Here to support you, here to support your cycle. We know that every woman is different, and so is her period. So, we’ve developed a whole collection of period pants for every flow, and every body shape. Because everyone deserves to always feel their best. Discover our different absorbencies:
The Thong – for days when your period is just starting, or just coming to an end. They’re perfectly leak-proof on lighter cycles and will let you go about your day, worry free. This style holds 3.5ml of liquid, or around half a regular tampon.
The Hipster – Designed for daily, on-the-go wear. This style is a staple for your average cycle day when you have a light to moderate flow. Plus, they’re a super handy choice for keeping on standby in your handbag during heavier days. This option holds 14ml of liquid, or around 2 regular tampons.
The Short – Our cycle-supporting hero! They’ve been created for even your heaviest days – giving you unrivalled comfort and protection whether you’re lounging at home, are seizing the day or cosying up for a night full of sweet dreams. These boy short cuts are designed to hold up to 21ml of liquid, which is around 3 regular tampons.

Do you still need to wear pads when wearing period knickers?
There’s no need for extra pads but you may want to wear a tampon or menstrual cup for extra peace of mind on heavy flow days.
